If you've never done PCB Layout before, here are a few tips on what you need to provide us in order for us to do a proper job for you. There are quite a few things we need, but don't worry - if we don't have enough info, we'll work with you to get it. But just to get started, here are a few things you need to prepare:
Concept & Schematic
Yes we do need the basic schematic diagram to understand what kind of board you are trying to build

Board Outline/Dimensions
We need to understand the shape and dimensions of the product the PCB is going to fit into.

Component Placement
We need to consider where to put the components based on thermal management, electrical noise factors, etc..

Bill of Materials
This provides us the part number, specification, quantity and sizes of the components you plan to use on your board

Fabricate your PCBsGet us to do your PCB Layout, and we can manufacture the PCBs or you as well. It makes sense - we know the technical specifications of the design, and we understand the performance requirements.
